I’m the Author of Engage the Fox: A Business Fable About Thinking Critically and Motivating Your Team. I teach critical thinking and the Art and Science of Success to organizations through my company, Process Design Consultants Inc., and the University of Toronto’s School of Continuing Studies.

I also offer one-on-one consulting for folks who are struggling to find their path after a major life change such as a company exit, major career change, or divorce. I’m a trauma-informed coach and take a philosophical, Jungian and business-based approach to help clients move forward.

I also work with a wide range of corporate clients through Process Design Consultants Inc.
